The Hawai‘i Island Health Foundation works to enhance the well-being of our island by expanding access to care through the Hawai‘i Island Community Health Center. We advance health equity through innovative approaches, support and empower our staff, and embrace our shared responsibility to shape a healthier future for Hawai‘i Island.

The Foundation raises funds and builds partnerships to support:
- Access to Care: Transportation assistance
- Workforce Wellness & Development: Staff well-being & retention programs
- Capital Projects: Clinic expansions and new health access points across the island
