Specialties/Areas of Practice:

I have a close personal connection to the disease of addiction and providing medical care to those directly (or peripherally) suffering from the disease is paramount to me. I believe that recovery is possible for everyone.

I am an advocate for true health and wellness achieved through diet, exercise, meditation, positive/impactful close personal relationships within your life and community; I seek to find holistic wellness options and solutions for care first and foremost.

Practice Philosophy:

Every person’s concerns are real to them, regardless of objective severity. My job is to provide you with the knowledge that I have to empower you to make decisions impacting your health and wellness with the options and solutions available to you. It is not my job to carry judgment for your journey. I believe that we are all in this maze together and perhaps I may serve as a resource to guide you through your next steps.

Outside of the Clinic:

Cats! For me, they are the perfect creatures and souls that can do no wrong! Aside from my deep love of cats, I love spending time with my family and friends, the ocean, SUP’ing, gardening, traveling and snowboarding.
