Hawaiʻi Island Community Health Center has trained and certified Enrollment and Outreach Assisters who are available to help you apply for affordable health insurance. We can help you understand the process, and apply for coverage that will help to meet your needs.
Please note that not all services are available at all locations, or at all times.
Our team of Certified Assisters is here to help, this free service is offered to all, you don’t need to be an HICHC patient to get support.
Call our team at 808-333-3601 to set an appointment and get help.
Once you’ve set an appointment, please bring the following items with you if you have them: your birthdate and Social Security Number, tax information, household size and applicant names, income information, immigration status and documents, your username and password for healthcare.gov, and policy numbers for any current health plan(s).
